This primer is a must for anyone getting ready to embark on the college journey. Developed through work with hundreds of college students, this 8-week series addresses some of the primary challenges that students experience during the transition to college. Topics covered include time management, stress management, navigating social pressures, balancing home life with school life, forming friendships, and integrating a practice of self-care.
